He holds a PhD in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. He previously co-founded Eazipay, backed by Y Combinator (W22), and has helped businesses generate over ₦4 billion in combined revenue. At WyseFlex, he leads growth strategy, partnerships, and the Academy, where he personally trains partners using The Cleave Method™, his proprietary framework for turning everyday conversations into income.
Kingsley Michael

Kingsley is a senior software engineer, top-tier AI researcher, and among the top 1% of engineers globally as verified by Toptal. With over a decade of experience in software engineering, he previously co-founded Eazipay, backed by Y Combinator (W22). At WyseFlex, he builds and maintains the platform that powers the partner experience: from the app to the backend systems that track earnings, training, and performance. His focus: making the technology invisible so partners can focus on what matters.
